Active in the horeca sector (Hospitality, Catering, and Restaurant) for over 8 years, founder Andréa first ventured into the world of startups with a food waste reduction app in 2017 under the name Proxideal. A few years later, in 2020, the same name saw the launch of a premium delivery service exclusively for independent restaurateurs and organic retail merchants, expanding its operations across Brussels and its outskirts.
Faced with the labor shortage in the industry, Andréa decided to develop a new concept, under a new brand, focused on recruitment, training, and staffing for various sectors. This is how Nestor was born, now celebrating its 2nd year of collaboration with over 80 clients and more than 1,800 Nestor team members.
